Data we collect

When you send a request, we receive what you enter: name, phone, request type, city or area, description and any photos.

So we know how you found us, the request also includes the source of your visit (for example a Google ad) and the page language.

How we use it

This data is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our business relationship. It is never sold or rented.

Recipients and hosting

Data is accessible to PoolTech ADG and its technical providers (website hosting, email delivery), which may process it outside Israel with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then delete it.

Cookies

The site uses a cookie to remember your language and, where relevant, your choice about measurement.

Google measurement tools (Analytics, Ads) load only after you consent. You can change this choice via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@pooltech-adg.com.
